Spread Plate

-Label plates with dilution
-Work backwards so you can use one pippette
-Pull .1mL out and place it directly in the center of the plate
-Use glass hockey stick, put into alcohol and let burn off
-Smear broth across surface of the plate with glass hockey stick
-Incubate
