b) helicase uncoils supercoils around oric and oric sight DNA double strand are unzipped
Primase-enzyme that synthesizes small swatch of RNA complementary to part of the oric sequence
primase attaches to unzipped DNA, synthesizes RNA primer
c) DNA polymerase attaches to RNA primer and synthesizes new DNA
This means polymerase is going to bring complementary bases to connect to the bases on the single template strand
hooks new bases into chain with sugar phosphate backbone only in 5-3 direction
