V. PCR: Copy DNA by:
Put DNA sample in tubbe with bases and primers and DNA polymerase from T. aquaticus
Heat test tube to 95 degrees Celsius which separates DNA strands
Cool to 60 degrees Celsius which then DNA polymerase copies separated strands
Repeat two previous steps and a lot of info gets copied over
