Kirby-Bauer

-Place one mL of sterile broth in a sterile test tube
-Suspend one colony from hand rint plate in broth
-Take a sterile swab and dip it into the test tube
-Run swab over the plate until the entire plate is covered
-Place tweezers in alcohol, place in fire to burn off alcohol and pull out of the flame right away
-Remove disk and place in plate, gently push disk into plate
-Label on plate which antibiotics is where
