Hey so..this information wasn't all false. After waiting a week we did find bacteria growing on all of the water sample plates except for one. We also found, that for in general, the bacteria found in the water was similar to that found on the spout. None of the bacteria found is harmful to us..good news :D

I thought it was gross how much bacteria was found on the spouts which as a result gets in the water we drink. But I guess we should be glad we have some of that bacteria that was found to help support our normal flora.

I know!! It really kinda makes me not want to drink out of drinking fountains anymore even though I know it isn't harmful to us. But still, yuck! Have you heard anything about AJ's groups results from the water fountains?

for sure…think of people who never clean their water faucets at their homes…YUCK! I have no heard any results from AJ's group but we can find out!

That is crazy, but at least our water is filtered! I can only imagine that people put their mouths on the fountains, I have seen it done! YUCK!!
