Day 3 in Lab Part II

-Total of 20 plates of T4 phages by pipetting .2mL of broth onto the surface of each plate, and hockey stick it out
-Plate broth culture samples based on dilution of original broth
—Plate .1mL of broth culture of bacteria out of each of 10 seperate tubes onto 10 T4 plates and label
-Plate ten samples out of flask onto remaining T4 plates —.1mL (label plates flask)
-Make serial dilution from 1 test tube and from the flask: (10^6) plate 1:1, 1:10^3, 1:10^4, 1:10^5, 1:10^6 on plates not containing viruses
-Tape plates into stacks and incubate
