Day 2 in Lab
3) Take broth that has E.Coli in it and dilute it 10^5 times
4) Use diluted broth to inoculate 100 test tubes
Use 5mL of sterile broth in each test tube, add .1mL of diluted broth
and 1 flask of broth, flask has 500mL of sterile broth and 10mL of diluted broth
